You must provide accurate registration details and keep account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account, admin users, and invited sub-users.

3. Service Scope

The Service includes tenant-based dashboards, device onboarding, user access controls, APIs, reports, and MQTT integration.

Features may be modified, improved, or discontinued to maintain security and reliability.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, upload malicious content, or violate applicable laws.

You must not use the Service for illegal surveillance, fraud, or harmful device control actions.

5. Device and Data Responsibility

You are responsible for device ownership claims, identifiers, telemetry accuracy, and secure firmware behavior.

We process data you and your devices submit, including operational events, logs, and account metadata, to deliver the Service.

6. Subscription, Billing, and Renewal

Paid plans, billing cycles, taxes, and renewal terms are defined in your selected subscription.

Non-payment may result in suspension or limitation of Service access until dues are cleared.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and platform design remain property of Tech Burst Solutions LLP unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

You retain rights to your business data and authorized content you provide.

8. Privacy and Security

We apply commercially reasonable security controls, but no internet service is risk-free.

You must implement your own endpoint, password, and network security best practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Burst Solutions LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Total liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid by you for the Service in the preceding 3 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time, subject to active subscription and contractual obligations.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of New Delhi shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable legal requirements.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
